The Association does not engage in any business activity aimed at generating income, even indirectly. Its operating expenses and costs related to the organisation of events are covered by membership fees and donations paid by members and patron members.
Membership fee:
Members and patron members of the Association pay a monthly membership fee. The amount of the membership fee is set annually by the General Meeting The membership fee for 2021 is HUF 2,000.00 per month for both members and patron members, payable by the 10th of each month to the Association’s bank account number 11736006-21474433. (Bylaws 2.7 and 4.3.)
Donation:
The Association may only accept donations that do not jeopardise the achievement of its objectives and the independent and impartial exercise of the judicial profession by its members. The Board of Presidents decides on the acceptance of the donations offered. If, after the donation has been made, the Board of Presidents decides to refuse the donation, the amount shall be repaid to the donor without delay. If the identity of the donor cannot be established, the donation shall be deposited with a competent court. (Bylaws 2.7 and 4.3.) Donations can also be paid into the Association’s bank account number 11736006-21474433.
