The members of Res Iudicata Association, both in their work and in their private lives, receive many questions every day that show that the judiciary is still the least understood branch of power, which almost everyone comes into contact with it in the course of their lives, and that the courts are often in the focus of public interest and social criticism. One of the main objectives of our association is to promote awareness and acceptance of the rule of law, to raise public awareness of the legal profession and its values, to promote the recognition of the judiciary and to increase public confidence in the judiciary.
To this end, we organise and participate in public events, lectures, debates and other activities to make the work of the courts more understandable and to bring judges closer to the people whose cases they decide.
